We do stand behind the products we sell so should an item have a defect upon arrival we are happy to exchange the product within 7 days after you receive it. The return process for defect is simple: Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will email you a Return Authorization number. You can than add the number to the address label and sent the package to us. Detailed instructions will be included in our reply.
