Tricksupply’s Brick & Mortar Expectations

This is an attempt to manage your expectations prior to a visit to Tricksupply’s Brick & Mortar Store.

Current retail Store Hours are Tuesday thru Friday 11am to 5pm (Closed Saturday thru Monday!)

We want you to have fun but we want to highlight that we are operating a business and need to balance time spent with a customer with sales revenue. We are not a magic shop where the owner is retired and thus can spent infinite time. We are a retail store, not a theater or hang-out space. We have a small staff and value the staffs time. Please refrain from trying to show us tricks or your favorite handling of a trick.

No groups larger than 3 shoppers can be accommodated at a time. This is to ensure that everyone can receive the attention of the sales person.

Not all merchandise that says “in stock” is physically available in the Brick & Mortar store for immediate pick-up. Aside from the warehouse we have several storage units. If there is a specific item you are looking to pick up the same day please call ahead. Product not in house can be ordered in with a turnaround of two business days. (Overnight available at a an added expense).

With the amount of magic that is released daily the sales person will not know all of the newest releases, we bring in new items almost daily so call the shop if you are looking for a specific new release.

Please note that Nevada Sales Tax has to be added to all in-store sales.

We do not rent or loan merchandise.

We do purchase pre-owned magic, magic books & posters. Please call before swinging by the store to ensure that the buyer is in. We are not interested in lecture notes, DVD, VHS and items with a retail under $25. Items that we can still obtain low offers. Mostly we are interested in unusual, out of print collectibles.




How does Tricksupply ship orders?

Enjoy free shipping on orders of $99 or above in the USA throughout the store. If the items in your order total $99 or more after discounts (if any) your order ships FREE inside the USA! We will select the most economical shipment method which at times may take 5-10 business days, if you need product faster we recommend selecting Priority or Express mail at an additional cost. We allow a mixture of download and physical products to count towards the $99 threshold for free shipping in the USA.

Post Office, FedEx & DHL?
Most of our packages in the USA are shipped using First Class, Priority Mail or Media Mail. Over the years we have come to appreciate the pricing and dependability of the post office as well as the fact that they deliver on Saturdays. Those rates are automatically calculated during check-out and you can make a selection. We do ship FedEx in the USA on special request, please inquire at .
Our international customers have the option to get their items fast by FedEx or DHL, please inquire at .

We love to ship internationally, please select your country during checkout. You will find our international shipping rates to be competitive. If you are trying to ship your order to a country not currently offered during checkout please email us and we will do some additional verification.
For international shipments our system calculates the post office options and in most cases also a FedEx rate. As a ballpark first class should take 2-3 weeks internationally, Priority Mail 1-2 weeks, Priority Express 5 days and FedEx 3 days. We have seen shipments take longer or less time but these are the ballpark transit times.

Are items in stock?
Tricksupply has one of the largest physical inventories of any magic dealer in the USA, however it is impossible to keep every single item in our own warehouse. Some product is stored at a distributors warehouse. We check stock on those items regularly to ensure that they are available. Those products are shown as “in stock” on We usually receive them within 2-3 business days and dispatch them immediately upon arrival. In the rare instance that an items becomes unavailable between stock refresh we will immediately refund the full purchase price for the unavailable item.

How fast do you ship?
We do our best to ship the same or next business day after an order is received and paid. However some orders may take up to 3 business days to leave us during holiday periods or other busy times. Please note that the transit times indicated for different shipping methods start after your shipment leaves us and are best estimates. We do ship some items directly from the manufacturer if it cuts down on transit times.

How fast do I get your Download products?

We are using an automated system that transmits your order after payment electronically to the different vendors. Usually you will have the log-in information for these products within minutes after you have submitted and paid for the order.

You will be emailed a link to the internal download page on together with the download password. You can then choose to view the item there or download them to your computer.

Please note that downloadable products can unfortunately not be returned after they have been accessed.

How safe is shopping on Tricksupply?

What if the website has errors?

Tricksupply is selling thru different channels and an item may go out of stock before we’re able to remove it from our site (it is a fully automated process so errors will be very seldom). If this happens with a product you ordered, we will notify you immediately using the phone number or email address you have provided.

Do you replace lost shipments?

Our liability ends when a package is accepted by the carrier, merchandise at that point travels at buyers risk.
We do take customer service serious which is why the following special considerations apply:
Should the tracking information indicate that a package is lost during shipment than we will either replace the lost goods or issue a credit for the full order value and then settle the issue with the carrier.
Should Tracking information reflect that the carrier delivered the package to the recipient than we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and should the carrier decide to accept the claim all funds derived from the claim will be credited to you. This would be up to the courtesy of the carrier.
It is essential that you provide a full and complete address during the order process as we see claims denied for incomplete information.

Do you offer Price Matching?

It is our commitment to provide you with the best value, at the best price. We value your business and strive to keep our prices low, and SAVE you money!
We match prices from legitimate magic vendors in many cases. We will consider shipping and promotional items as well as determine if the other seller actually has stock of the product. Price matching must be requested and approved by us prior to order and is not guaranteed as many outside factors may influence final price.
Once an order has shipped we will not be able to adjust pricing.
We will not price match collectible/antique items or products that are in low supply, we reserve all rights.

I have billing questions?

The State of Nevada mandates that we charge sales tax if we are delivering to a Nevada address, our Nevada customers will see the sales tax added to their final amount during checkout and before processing the payment.

You can find your order history by logging into your account, you can verify any charges made there and also reprint any invoices.

In the rare instant that we will need to issue a credit we will do so quickly but please note that depending on the payment method used your bank or financial institution may take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.

Your payment will be charged when an order is placed at the amount calculated by the shopping cart during check-out.

International Orders?

We love to serve our international customers!

To see if we ship to your country please create an account by clicking the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the menu of available countries we do not automatically accept orders without additional verification or requirement, in this case please email us at

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. We do accept and encourage the use of Paypal for international orders.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. We do not currently provide free shipping for International Orders as the cost involved are too high. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

It is illegal for us to declare a lower value for customs purposes and we have no intend in breaking US or international laws. Please refrain from asking us to declare a lower value as the answer will be no. We understand that customs and other import fee add to the cost of our international buyers but we are unable to help. All customs and import cost are not included in our merchandise and shipping cost and need to be paid for by our international customers as per their countries’ rules.

How does Tricksupply handle Returns, Exchanges, Damages?

The magic secret is often a very large part of the item you purchase and once you learned it, it is impossible to return, this is the reason why most magic retailers do not allow returns on magic tricks. We want our customers to be happy and if you ever receive a product that does not fit the purpose you have intended it for than do not hesitate to send us an email and we will decide on a case per case basis how we can rectify the situation. We extend this courtesy to regular (frequent) customers only.

We do stand behind the products we sell so should a new item have a defect upon arrival we are happy to exchange the product within 30 days after you receive it*. The return process for defect is simple: Please send us an email at and we will email you a Return Authorization number. You can than add the number to the address label and sent the package to us. Detailed instructions will be included in our reply.

For preowned/used items we carefully ensure that they are complete and in working order. We are selling these as is with no warranties given or implied. Any gross misrepresentations or flaws not described in the listings will need to be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the goods.

Where is my order or Tracking number?

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check on the carriers website to confirm the status of your packages. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.
Tracking numbers are emailed automatically to your account email once an order ships. Often these get stuck in Spam filters which is why you also find them by locking into your Account at Tricksupply. 99% of our US orders ship with tracking.
