In a recent warehouse buy-out we were lucky to find a few items that were manufactured by SASCO Inc. under permission from Steve Dusheck Jr who was a genius inventor.
A half dollar is covered with a brass washer and immediately an American cent falls into the performer’s palm, the half dollar having vanished.
You can patter about inflation, deflation or whatever. It comes complete with a “bang ring” to get it ready for the next performance. The washer can be shown on both sides and who would suspect the little penny!
