I strongly believe that this was made by Chu in Honkong in their early days.
A balloon is inflated and inserted into a frame.
When the balloon burst two doves appear in the frame.
A beautiful piece with some damage and imperfections.
From the front and looked at from slightly below it makes a great looking presentation piece.
However, there is a piece that has broken off from the top back. And overall, there are some nicks. Please make sure you look at the detail images.
Still a great and fully functioning piece from a bygone era.
