Trapped – Dick Barry

A small (plastic laminated) card is displayed. A picture of a magic wand is shown on one side of the card, which you claim was once a REAL MAGIC WAND but MAGICALLY became TRAPPED (embedded) within the card.

The card is turned over and the reverse side is shown BLANK. A spectator is handed a toy car (less than one inch in size) and requested to place it on the BLANK side of the card.
You then turn the card upright so the tiny car falls into your open palm, which is then close. You SUDDENLY make a tossing motion with the hand holding the car toward the card.
As you do this your hand springs open revealing the CAR HAS VANISHED.

The card is immediately handed to the spectator who discovers that the CAR HAS MAGICALLY APPEARED TRAPPED (EMBEDDED) WITHIN THE CARD.
At the end everything may be examined.
