A picture of Tommy is shown and placed on a wooden stand (he is tieless!). A cloth is placed over the picture. A group of 4 ties is shown and removed from the board and placed in a bag. The bag is shaken to mix the ties, and the kid reaches into the bag and removes one tie. That is the chosen color. The tie is placed back into the bag.
The bag is then shaken again and the ties dumped out. Three of the ties fall out but not the chosen tie The bag is turned inside out to show nothing in the bag. The cloth is removed from the picture and Tommy is now seen proudly wearing the chosen colored tie!
