Very hard to find Close-Up piece released by Boettcher in Germany in 1991 and made by Thomas Pohle. Most of these are tucked away in Collections so I feel extremely lucky to be able to offer you this rare collectible. Made in wood, the amount of time it took to make each one of them is amazing. Decorated in white and gold foil. A stand which holds 3 little slates is uncovered. A spectator freely select one of them, which you remove and place into a small drawer. The stand is once again covered. A interesting story is presented and when the drawer is opened again, it is found to be empty. The drawer can be removed entirely there is nothing to be found. When the cover of the stand is removed the slate has returned to its original resting space. Supplied with the original German instructions and the buyer will also receive an English translation.
