A length of rope is displayed. Five Cloth pegs are seen clipped along the rope. The pegs are of different colors and the audience is asked to choose a color. (Let’s assume blue)/ The pegs are removed from the rope and tossed one by one into a bag.
An end of the rope is lowered into the bag. The rope is twirled and shaken and when it is drawn out the blue peg is securely attached to the rope.
The other four pegs are poured out of the bag which is then shown empty.
