This comedy bit was originally manufactured by the Supreme Magic Company of England and was originated by Ken de Courcy,
Since their demise this has been long unavailable. We are happy to announce the mfg. rights have been secured by another magic supplier and this comedy item is now available again!
Performer displays a very colorful 15″ tall (and flat) sarcophagus which he opens to show an image of a wrapped mummy inside.
When the sarcophagus is closed, the performer notices a piece of ribbon sticking out the top. Giving the ribbon a tug, it starts to unwind until a large bunch of ribbon has been removed.
This can be a very funny sight gag as your assistant pulls the ribbon clear across the largest stage!
Opening the door, the wrapped mummy is now an unwrapped, blushing princess!
Although the drawing is more cartoonish than anything, you could always cover up any “naughty bits” with a piece of black tape.
For the right audience, this is a guaranteed laugh getter!
