A winner from Israel’s Haim Goldenberg A spectator chooses a card from a pack of ordinary cards. He memorizes it, returns the card in to the deck and puts the deck aside. The spectator is then asked to close his eyes and to concentrate on his card while the performer does likewise. The performer then draws a pen out of his pocket and pretends to write his thought in the air, asking the spectator to confirm that this is indeed his card written there. (The spectator of course doesn’t know. Because he doesn’t see anything written there. (The performer the points his finger on his imaginary words and reads them out loud “you have picked the five of hearts”. The amazed spectator is now asked to wipe off those imaginary letters with the palm of his hand. As a finale when the spectator looks at his palm he discovers that the name of the card he chose is clearly written on it! We are supplying Wolfgang Wollet’s updated routine and handling with this item.
