Message Prediction – Tom Craven

I packet of cards are shuffled by the performer and then given to a spectator to shuffle. They are then taken by the performer and placed on the table. A set of large (9″ X 11 1/2″) Cards are also on the table and are picked up. The performer calls up a number of helpers (dependant on message). Each is given a large card and told not to let any one see them. You say, “I’ve arranged these large cards in the same order as these cards would be shuffled in to let’s see how I did. The small packet is picked up and the cards turned up one at a time. As the first card is turned the first helper turns their card to face the audience. All the rest of the cards are turned and found to match perfectly and you are left with a message. The only question is how did the spectator shuffle those cards into that order and how did the magician know? This is a great routine with many possibility’s comes with the messages: HAPPY BIRTHDAY GOOD NIGHT THANK YOU and the small cards needed.
