🧠Mastermind: A Steampunk Mentalism Mystery 💸
Mastermind is a completely self-working mentalism effect where you instantly divine the location of a borrowed, hidden valuable—even after it has been thoroughly mixed by the audience!
The mentalist introduces four identical brass tubes and passes them out for examination. A spectator then borrows a valuable item (such as a $100Â bill, ring, or similar trinket) and seals it inside one of the tubes.
While the performer’s back is turned or they are out of the room, the spectator mixes the four capped brass tubes and places them into the custom-made wooden tube holder. To ensure maximum secrecy, they then cover each brass tube with a larger black plastic cover.
With no way for the performer to possibly know which cover hides the valuable object, the mentalist returns and instantly divines the correct tube, revealing the location of the treasure!
