I do not recall the name used to market this. Originally the trick was invented by Don Potts.
I believe that this item was manufactured in Germany by Gert Hoffman and marketed by his company Magic Design or later by Lippe’s Magic Store.
The tube is metal, and the pieces are made from a high impact plastic (like a cutting board surface)
The pieces are stacked. Then covered with a tube. Then they are turned upside down but when the tube is removed, they are still in the right order. Can be repeated.
Very well made in a very limited run. Relatively easy to do however the “second” bottom needs some getting used to in performance.
Tube is a little under 7″ tall.
