Kleines Milchwunder: Milk vanishes in the hands of the magician

Dr Q’s Bauernfaengerei: 7 sticks with different colored ends (5blue/2 red) are shown and given in a container which has a hole in the lid. The container is shaken and when the magician wants he can take out the red sticks behind his back while the container is closed.
