A very unusual card effect released by the now defunct Tricks. Co. in Japan.
As collector’s know many of their items were quite clever and this is no exception. It is not a fully automatic trick but once you have worked thru the “English” instructions you will be able to do it.
A packet of 13 cards is introduced and all the cards have a big round hole in their center. One is selected, memorized and returned to the packet which can than be shuffled by the spectator. The entire packet goes between two plastic plates and then a string is run through the plates and holes in the cards. Spectator gets to hold the ends of the string. The deck is covered with an opaque handkerchief (not supplied) and the chosen card frees itself from the deck.
Honestly it took me a little while to grasp the instructions but now that I do I like this trick.
