A lesson on how the Lord puts our lives back together and heals our unseen wounds. Performer comes out and borrows a large denomination bill. A box cutter is brought out and a piece of paper is sliced to demonstrate the sharpness of the blade. The bill is folded and placed in to a paper sleeve. The cutter blade is placed between the two sides of the dollar bill and pushed through both bill and paper. You can unfold paper and dollar to show the cutter blade has apparently gone through both the paper and the bill. You can even raise the bill a little out of the sleeve to show the blade. You then slice from the center to the end of the bill. The paper on the outside is cut (so they think) is the bill. You talk of how many of us have been hurt by bad relationships or dysfunctional families and that God understands our pain and wants to make us whole, just like the bill is restored to it’s wholeness. This is the best visible bill cutting and restoration I have seen. Just too cool. You don’t even have to do it as a gospel routine it is a great stand alone effect for impromptu.
