This is one of the prettiest illusions ever released. When the buyer ordered this from Abbotts years ago he opted for the slightly more expensive version utilizing Plywood from Finland. He later decorated the illusion with Oriental decals as seen in the image.
A semi-open front cabinet (as pictured) is shown and turned completely around. A front slide piece is removed to show the cabinet empty. The first effect is the appearance of a large growth of flowers, which practically fills the interior of the cabinet and following this production six additional bouquets of flowers are produced, two at a time. Note: Abbotts originally supplies the large bouquet only, in this set you will also receive three smaller Abbotts sleeve bouquets.
The large bouquet is removed, leaving the cabinet empty. From the empty cabinet a girl is then produced. She is seen sitting cross-legged – idol fashion.
Here are some of the outstanding features of this illusion: It packs small. There are no hinges. There are six bolts and wing nuts as well as several cotter pins to assemble. It weighs approx. thirty pounds. It can be set up in five minutes and packed just as quickly.
The illusion depends on a black art principle but is not terribly sensitive.
Original instructions included. The current retail price for this illusion on the Abbotts website is $4000, here is a chance to own a good used condition version for a lot less. Overall in good condition with some imperfections that are not noticeable from performance distance!
