Thunderbolt Cards – Yasukazu Niishiro (Tricks Co.)

Another interesting premise manufactured by the now defunct Tricks Co. from Japan. They really had unusual ideas. This is best described as a card rise in reverse as here a selected card is not rising out of the deck but instead they fall out of the bottom of the deck. 2 spectators each choose a card, the card is then shuffled back into the deck. The deck is placed into a stand. The magician gestures that the cards will rise from the deck.. Instead they slide out of the bottom. What makes this convincing is the fact that the time fall from the deck it sits in a little stand and the magician is not touching the deck or stand at the time. The way a delay was built into the stand before the two cards drop is quite interesting.
