The boomerang illusion has always been one of the best optical illusions available. It has seldom been used in magic as it had only one effect and no finish. George Murray and Tom Jorgenson have brought the boomerangs solidly into the field of close-up magic by making them with refractive film. By adding opposing colors on the reverse sides, color-changing effects can be performed. Subsequent handlings evolved the effect into multi-part tricks that tend to bug the eyes of the audience members.
The boomerangs have been carefully designed to maximize the optical illusion properties of the effect. They are curved just enough to make the illusion operational, the ends are angled properly and the length to width ratio is proper. You will be provided with another bit of skullduggery.
