Good used condition, no pull or reel, no bird and no instructions.
I am not sure about the exact manufacturer. Consensus seems to be that this is a German copy of those made by John Martin and Bartl around the 1930’s
The craftsmanship is not quite as good as the originals but still much preferable to the cheap Indian versions.
