Well, working used condition with some knicks and scratches as you would expect from a piece this old. No instructions.
A wooden block with characters painted on it placed within the open-sided wooden cabinet, trapped inside with a solid metal rod, vanishes in the blink of an eye and reappears elsewhere.
Interestingly this works without a shell.
The metal rod is not brass as you see most often.
The little gimmick shade is working well.
The bottom has the number 177 stamped into the wood.
