Show three jumbo-sized playing cards—two of the same color, and one different (like a red Queen between two black cards). Show them clearly, front and back. Slowly and fairly, you turn them face-down and challenge a spectator to find the Queen. They confidently choose the middle card… but when it’s flipped over, it’s a completely different card! The Queen has vanished—and the switch happened right in their hands!
