Good used condition with original English instructions.
A variation of the Block penetration that was invented in Spain. I knew the secret and can still see absolutely nothing. You will need to work it in as explained in the instructions as this is quite tight o open but once you get it going it works well.
You present a small velvet bag, from which you take out a miniature Excalibur sword. You go on to talk about the legend of Merlin the magician. You ask the spectator for a bill and have them fold it length wise.
Explain to the spectator that back in the days of King Arthur’s Court they used a rare form of parchment paper for the TEST but since it’s been unavailable for thousands of years you now use bills.
You now bring out from the bag a block of solid bronze, which you show on both sides. Take the bill and rap it around the block of bronze. You now take the sword and push it right through the bill and through the block, showing it on both sides. You now offer the numerous spectators the opportunity to test their true belief in magic.
With that some of the spectators try and pull the sword from the block with no luck. You then ask for someone who really believes in to magic to try…they do it! You now unwrap the bronze block and drop it into the spectator’s hand…there is no hole anywhere to be found in the block, the bill has holes all the way through it. Everything can be examined.
One secret I will disclose….. the bronze block is actually brass.
