The magician shows a length of yellow rope and ties a knot in the center. Then, holding the knot in the left hand, the magician takes a cup filled with red confetti with his right hand and throws the confetti over the rope. As the confetti falls in a shower, the knot in the yellow rope changes openly to red. The magician then unties the red knot and it is seen to be part of the yellow rope.
