These are two super routines that blend very well together for all types of audiences! Two jumbo cards are shown, one has a picture of a Rabbit, and one has the picture of a Farmer. They are shown front & back, and Magician takes one of the cards and shows it, then places it behind his back! Holding the other card face-down in his hand. Even though they saw which card went behind the back, when magi asks them which it was the Farmer or the Rabbit, they guess wrong every time because the cards seem to magically change at Magician’s will! Only the Two Cards are Used! No Sleights!
In the second part of the routine a Three-Fold “Rabbit Hutch” is shown. Magician relates the story about every time the Rabbit got out in the Farmyard to steal some Carrots, the Farmer would chase him, but could never catch him because the “Rabbit Hutch” had Magical properties. Magi illustrates the story as he tells it, with the Farmer Card chasing the Rabbit Card. The Rabbit jumps into the Hutch, which is opened for everyone to see that he is there, when suddenly, right before everyone’s eyes, THE RABBIT VISIBLY DISAPPEARS! When everyone wants to know where he went, Magician points to a large envelope that has been sitting on the table, untouched, the whole time, and asks a spectator to take out the contents. Inside he finds the missing Rabbit Card and it can be FULLY INSPECTED! YOU ARE LEFT CLEAN!
