This is a perfect trick for any children’s entertainer that has a lovely kick at the end. The effect involves presenting a card of a little Dutch boy in a red outfit. You place the card in an envelope and when you take it out his outfit is yellow. You change the color back and forth a few times until the children are screaming that you’re just turning the card around. This time when you take the card out of the envelope the outfit is green and when you turn the card over it’s a little Dutch girl. The children shout that there’s another card in the envelope but when you tip it upside down (or rip it apart) dozens of flowers fall out – tulips from Amsterdam.
