This was manufactured in Switzerland by Yrus, unfortunately no longer in business and we have only this one set!
The basic presentations is that you hand the spectator a small box that has a clock-face in it. The spectator is asked to secretly set the dial to any hour he likes and close the box and place it on the table. You have a matching box and set your dial at what you say is your prediction at the same time. you place your box on top of the spectators box and reiterate what just happened. The spectator is then allowed to open both boxes and sees that the prediction matches. This can be repeated immediately.
It is not necessary to place the boxes on a table, the spectator could hold both of them in his hand (so could you).
