The Moving Hole – Tricks Co. / Tuyoshi Nojima

Leave it to Tuyoshi Nojima to come up with something that I have had lot of fun with ever since I found some in our warehouse. It is a small item that fits in your pocket or wallet but turns out to be a strong fooler.

A plastic strip with a whole on one end is shown, the whole than jumps to the other end….this is repeated a few times…until the audience complains that you are simply turning the strip end for end. To prove them wrong you make the hole jump to the middle of the strip. You can then hand the strip out for examination.

The plastic strip is small (0.75 x 3″) but the effect is strong and something you will want to carry around with you. It is not entirely automatic but the special prop makes it easy to perform.
