For collectors, this should definitely find a spot on your shelf next to any mini size Hippity Hop Rabbit type effects. While it plays similar to the Hippity routine, it’s offbeat and different.
Briefly, the hats are empty and covered with the empty tubes. A duck appears instead of a rabbit. The duck can jump back and forth between the hats until a squirrel makes a surprise appearance…and finally the missing rabbit!
The method is ingenious. The design of the covers is unlike any similar prop. There are no shells used. Lots of clever mechanics going on inside the thin covers!
