This is an early release by Norm in the early blue. It has some paint chips all around
Now what has me stumped; it looks like the graphics were filled in with a marker for added effect. On the one side it matches perfectly what the gold paint would outline. On the other side it seems a little man was added. Norm had a huge sense of humor so it could have been him. I am just not sure. Judge yourself by the pictures provided.
